I have seen some decent workers there, unfortunately they never stay very long. I have been going to them for 10+ years and the place is run so badly that I basically had to tell them all the time what to do with me or nothing would get done. I have always been patient and understanding but I recently found out that I had to move to another state and the help I was supposed to get was nonexistent and the Dr. completely washed her hands of me when she found out I was moving instead of helping me through a very difficult time. They really need to get their a t together. People come to them that have major issues and to be treated like a nothing isn't good business. I hope to get better treatment where I'm headed.

They don't answer phone calls no matter how important the issue. They've opened it up since Covid-19, there's a mask requirement but not all the front staff follow it. And they take your temperature at the front desk. Not everyone wears a mask which makes me feel uncomfortable because it's a medical facility.
