I followed the docs recommendations on the YouTube video regarding sinusitis and your gut. There is definitely a connection here. Following his instructions I corrected my gut issues which in turn correct in my sinus problems. This doctor is thinking process is very much different than traditional medicine which treats symptoms and never finds the cause. I trust this guy with my life. Thanks Doc

I am just starting my treatment and am very impressed with how Dr. Kilcup and his staff take the time to listen, explain things in such a thorough manner and in such a kind way. I feel very blessed that I found him and his caring staff.

Dr. Kilcup is a breath of fresh air! Been seeing him now for about a year and a half (functional medicine) and he actually found things wrong with me! Millions of things! :) Okay not millions but lots. I don't remember any doctor ever taking a test and finding something wrong. Dr. Kilcup gets to the root of problems with testing and if those tests make sense with your symptoms. I like that he works with you financially too. Whatever you can afford, he tries to still accommodate you. It can be expensive, but if you are truly sick you could spend more money if you let it get out of control and have to pay hospital bills. And most of the time, hospitals don't really get you better. I have seen some improvements so far since seeing Dr. Kilcup. One major improvement that Dr. Kilcup helped with is my hair stopped falling out a lot! That was fixed pretty quickly. Re-growth has happened and feels like my hair is back to normal! I wasn't expecting that to be so fast. I have had some symptoms that have been here most of my life, so I am not shocked I am not all the way better yet with those ones. Of course, only God knows if I will get "all the way" better but you never know. I know I have a ways to go, but that's okay. I know I am in the best hands! One of my favorite things is getting tests back and seeing what has improved and what needs improving. So fun! Dr. Kilcup is a very very good listener and takes time to get to know your issues and come up with a treatment plan. When you are his patient, you can email him with questions. That has been super helpful! The office staff has been so helpful too with all my questions and are super friendly and helpful! Whenever I am done with treatments, I will probably be sad since it has been such a great experience so far. :)

I am so blessed to have found Dr. Kilcup. My life took a turn for the worst about a year ago, as I was bombarded with symptoms that just didn't make sense. 9 ER visits and no answers from doctors as to what was rapidly deteriorating my health. Being gaslit and called crazy, prescribed tons of drugs for things doctors couldn't even identity. I fought like hell and researched alternative options to healing and came to Functional Medicine. I believe I was guided to Dr. Kilcup. Let me start with this, bedside manner. He really cares about his patients and getting them well. From being patient and listening to your concerns, accessing your history with you, making sure you understand your test results clearly, responding to your emails almost instantly, it just an great experience. To have someone truly rooting for you and working to get you better. He is not God or a magician, he is a doctor of compassion, knowledge and skill. He provides testing that Western Medicine doctors do not. Thats just the fact, and these tests look deep into your systems to help discover what is happening in your body so that you can potentially bring it back into balance. Dr. Kilcup helped me find so much of what was going on, one being some pretty dangerous bugs in my system that one of those 9 ER visits definitely should have caught. I am not completely well yet. But disease does not happen overnight, so I'd assume neither does healing. When I started I could barely walk, I was chronically fatigued, constant tachycardia, shortness of breath, terrible food and environmental reactions with insane bloating, and one of the worst was constant pain throughout my entire body. Every. Single. Day. There was so much more too. I am now walking and driving, fatigue has lifted heavily (still have some low energy days), mass reduction in my body pain, my heart seemed to stabilize and I'm no longer on the medication for it, and I am eating more foods without reactions. It is expensive. Very expensive, but it was worth it to get my health back. If you are experiencing mystery symptoms/illness I recommend Dr. Kilcup 100% to give you a shot at getting your life back. If you can't afford it, get creative. Crowdfund, Gofundme, ask for financial help from relatives, because I believe you will not get this care through traditional western medicine. Lastly, do your own research. Invest in your health by investing time into discovering what is going on in your body. Do not be afraid to speak up and advocate for you care. Ask lots of questions, you have to be part of your healing team. Whoever is reading this, Best Wishes on your healing journey.
