If there is an option, I would give as many Negative stars as possible. The staff at the Doctor's office is so rude. Pathetic service. I changed my house 11 years ago. Yes, 11 years. Every time the doctor ordered some test, I would get a bill from Debt collectors straight, not from Doctors office or the lab. I have updated my address with Doctor's office, Sonora Quest and even the Debt collectors so many times. How many years do you need to Update a HOME ADDRESS????? The Sonora Quest Laboratories keep sending the bill to Debt collectors and I always end up talking to a debt collector. You don't know, who your doctor send the tests too, how much they will be and you will straight get a call from Debt collector. How frustrating can this be for anyone?? This time again I got my bill through debt collector. When asked they confirmed it was sent to wrong address again (11 year old address) and hence landed with debt collectors. Seriously, so frustrated with these guys... Just for everyone's knowledge, this happened at Dr. Shashi Goel's office at Thunderbird Road

I have been with Dr. Goel's office for many years, as well as been seen by her PA Shamina Kahn many, many times and have grown to truly trust her , just as I trust Dr. Goel ,They've even gained the trust of my kids when they were smaller when I couldn't get my kids to feel safe with any dr I took them to, they're now 14,18 & 20 and prefer her practice still . What also makes her practice different then most I've been to is the staff they hire. There are 2 locations , I go to the one around 19th and Thunderbird, Marjorie ( front office, with the help of others, runs that office , she's everywhere) but what really makes Marjorie special is her personality. She is always friendly, happy, smiling and ready to help. I love that I'm just not another patient to her, she knows me by my name, remembers my kids' as well. She also wants to always be sure you're doing ok and if there's anything else she could do for us. If I call in to the office and she finds out it's a well established ,as myself, she makes conversation as if old friends and I love it, this is what a Dr's office staff should be like with patients, it makes me feel like I'm important and not just another file to them...

I been going to Dr. Shashi Goels office on Thunderbird for at least 10 yrs. I seen so many changes in that office. The office manager she has now Margie is awesome. She will answer any questions you may have. She's a delight. The Nurse Practitioner, Shamina is awesome as well.
