I lived here for 2 years and as a new renter this place was not it. Me, my boyfriend and my sister moved in and had issues with roaches right away and the complex only fixed the issue with glue traps that did absolutely nothing. We ended up having to spray on our own to actually get rid of them. The water is constantly being shut off left and right. The office never answers the phone unless you call them 600 times. There was even an incident that maintenance walked into my apartment , I certainly heard no knock btw, he came in to fix something and I woke up barely clothed and I know for a fact he saw me. When I reached out to the office my feelings were instantly invalidated because the maintenance man had no recollection of the incident. The quality of the apartment is wild for the price considering you can tell they just slapped paint over everything. The only thing decent about this place is Ashley who works in the office she is always super nice and helpful. Besides that just save yourself the headache an don’t move here.

Their reputation proceeds them, my experience when it came to the end of our lease was god awful and there were non-stop water shut offs multiple times a month. Their complete lack of competence is baffling and don't even try to hold them to their obligations for the lease because they will disregard that and repeatedly not reply to any emails. Please please please reconsider ever planning to rent from here because I can assure you that the hassle is not worth it.

Love it here . Love my new apartment. Management is super helpful and my dog loves the dog park here !
