Worst management. Worst place. Lived here for 3 years being loyal. And giving rents on time. But now we bought a house and trying to leave. They forced our stay editing the date on our stay out form. Also charged 2800 dollars on top of that. we are not going anywhere just like that. We cant even move after buying our own house? Would never live here again or suggest others to do so.

Worse management I’ve ever seen in my life. I lived here for 7 years. The whole building is outdated, and rats and bugs are infested. It’s not a safe place to live. The crime rate is quite high. My neighbor recently shot his girlfriend and it was a 36-hour stand-off. I stayed two days in a hotel with my family because I wasn’t allowed to enter my apartment. They refused to help me even though I told them I didn’t have any place to go and couldn’t afford the hotel. Three months ago I finally moved out of this place. And since then I’m trying to reach their manager who is supposed to give me my direct deposit back but she isn’t not responding to my emails and phone calls. Every time, I call, her staff tells me to call back another day. I just want to know am I getting my direct deposit or not. I left the apartment in a very good and cleaned condition. I took pictures and filmed videos before leaving as an evidence

I hear about this place but I lived there it’s right Frist of fall they don’t give you parking they put all our handicap signs but I saw only 1,2 person handicap other people are regular when you don’t find parking regular some time you have to park at handicap buht you have to pay fine for that in morning and second thing they don’t fixed laundry door when you go in office there is some rude person you have to face them they told you right away we can’t do anything they told you. You have to play e with key and door who have time to do that after all day work they don’t care they just put laundry for money they don’t wanna fixed doors they don’t care because they have a lot of people from refugees they paying for everything to them Owners should need to take action as soon as possible please
