I watched this complex go down since I moved in back in 2014, our door has not been fixed, the lock hasn't been replaced, people come in and drink , hang out in the steps, I live on the 3rd fl, called the office about Saturday people hanging in the steps and haven't heard a thing back, I been complaining about roaches, no reply I've been calling since last September,2021, I love the area but the problems are not being addressed, but that's what I expect when you never see the owners. Just look at the grass and trash.

I have been asking for an exterminator since September and still haven't received a reply yet, my refrigerator went out friday i left a message , and still haven't recieved a call, i replaced my refrigerator my self , thank goodness for Devon, he helped so much., you never get a call back or a reply

The Governon squar are house and apartment in a place accessible to different things a quiet place feels peace the house and apartment are comfortable with their good parking the office staff are very responsible and always available to the public I recommend it is a clean place and pretty.
