Julie Rentschler was not helpful at all when I was considering moving here. On top of that, the neighbors who lived below me would blast their music/TV so loud that I could hear it crystal clear in my apartment. Apparently there are no noise ordinance violations at Springford because nothing ever happened them. Those neighbors would also leave me notes harassing me. I broke my lease to move out and I'm so glad I did.

I wanted to rent an apartment from them, they said to fill out a questionnaire I filled out a questionnaire they charged me 170 dollars I have not seen this apartment I paid 170 dollars a day has passed they tell me that you refuse to refuse to give money then return the money they said that we will not return the money they scammers.
