Wow, Himali Purbeli thanks for bringing up the grave concerns and double-standard roles played by the management at Twin Lakes. I have experienced what you exactly mentioned. They assured me one thing verbally and later showed me different things in print contradicting what they assured forcing me to pay more than couple hundred dollars all for "not failing to comply with the Twin Lakes residential policies" but for their words that they contradicted. Whether Himali is a fictitious character or not does not matter, what matters is the fact that is happening or has happened at Twin Lakes. I agree on many reviews that discussed issues there.

The Twin Lakes leasing complex deals with its tenants grossly through intentional abuse. Twin Lakes charges some residents even despite the advance move-out notice. They did this to me when I had informed them of my move-out plan many times. The last time I notified them about my move-out plan was on October 2 after coming home from a hospital following the birth of a baby. I had informed them that I was moving out on the last week of October or November first week. Previously, they had assured me that I could have flexibilities to move out anytime as long as I give them move-out notice 15 days in advance in a month-to-month lease. They verbally assured me this one thing about flexibilities telling me that I can move out without worry. However, when it was time to move out, they charged me in contradiction to their words and assurance by using manipulative tactics and lying to rip me of my hard-earned money. Suddenly they referenced what their written documents said regardless of what they assured me in words. The management attempted the same thing with other tenants but drop its charges when they threatened to go to court. This feels very selfish and embarrassing on their part. In other lease apartments, the managers honored my move-out notice, sometimes with credit, and most of the time with no charges. But why is this Twin Lakes so gross towards their residents? I paid the fees they demanded for late notice but wondering if I should go through court procedure to claim my money they had taken for unnecessary fee. If you are planning to rent the apartment hassle free, be aware guys. Twin Lakes may not agree on this incident and can say anything to discredit the fact and my review because I am not using my real name.

I lived there for almost 2.5 years and i never had an issue with them , if i ever go back to Harrisburg TWIN LAKES it’s 🙌🏼 Great service and staffing

Twin Lakes is horrible. Management and office employees are unprofessional and rude and ignorant and liars. Even if you pay your rent every month on time and have no verbal warnings by management, they still do not renew your lease. There maintenance team is a joke, the water is shut off at least once a month, and you have no water that day. Also do not even think about complaining about other tenants violating the lease and committing illegal activity. The management will basically say it is not our problem we do not care. Do yourself a favor do not move to Twin Lakes they are a fraud and have it in for great tenants for some reason and take care of criminals.

Not sure but currently paying 980 for a 2 bdr.pretty decent complex but some sections have people competing for parking🤣
