Don’t waste your money and don’t throw your insurance money. I don’t recommend dr Moe .

I was fainting regularly and went here to get checked for POTS. They did not do a tilt table test just checked my heartrate, EKG, and an ultrasound. I WAS MISDIAGNOSED BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF TILT TABLE TEST. I complained about the medication they gave making me sweat severely, and the doctor said "Well sweating is better than fainting" even though my condition was preventing me from doing anything. I felt very dismissed but did not know what to do because my EDS appt was not for awhile. I then saw David Saperstein for EDS who is not affiliated with this office who ran a tilt table test and did more thorough testing in general, and I had Hyperadrenergic POTS. Do NOT go here for POTS or any autonomic issues or to get diagnosed at all. The medication was causing more harm raising my blood pressure more when it was already extremely high standing. I am very unhappy and have been holding off giving this review but do not want others to suffer being misdiagnosed. The doctor responsible for this mishandling is Tabitha Moe. I also felt very talked down to being a young woman in my 20s who looks like a teenager. I know my body and knew something was not right but my concerns were met with almost passive aggression like I was stupid honestly. The nurses and the tech who did my ultrasound were great and very caring though!

On two occasions my Dad had procedures with Dr. Moe. Both times she said she would come out and let the family know how the procedure went and keep us informed. This didn't happen either time. In fact, the hospital didn't let me see my Dad prior to taking him in for his procedure like they told me they would and then when he came out, they didn't bother to tell me that it would be at least 6 hours before he would be released. Absolutely no communication with the families. Being that she is a cardiologist and they are working on the heart, one of the most vital organs and my Dad is 83 years old. You would think that Dr. Moe and the hospital staff would have a little compassion for the family and keep them informed. Last time she said she didn't have a correct phone number, however, the nursing staff called me three times without issue. What is her excuse this time. Of course when I tried to call her office to see if I could find out any information they said I had to ask the nurses at the hospital. When I explained I did and they said I had to wait and talk to Dr. Moe, that did me no good either. I guess if you want to be kept in the dark about your care or the care of your family, then she's your doctor of choice!

The nurse who did my EKG and the assistant who essentially examined me were both very personable and seemed to care. The doctor was barely in the room with me for two minutes. I go to the doctor to actually get time with the doctor - and she didn't even care to sit down and get to know me (it was my first visit to her). Don't waste your time - or money.
