I am very disappointed on how unprofessional some of the staff at this place are. I am not sure if it was because it was later in the day, but things could have been said differently and handled better. I had an appointment today at 1640 this place has a 10 minutes window after the 10 minute window your appointment gets cancelled. I literally stepped inside this place at 1650 within that time frame. I was waiting inside the peach smelling waiting area (by the way too extra), but like always no staff in the front. Maybe the owner should hire a desk person, because I mean why have a front desk if there isn't anyone to properly take care of customers. I know this place has a bell at the door so, they must had heard me come in. I was waiting, for someone to come get me. As I am waiting I get an email sent to me at 1651 exactly. I heard staff talking in the back (by the way talking to one another about the email that was sent to me). So, I said "excused me, but I am here I have been here". and Diamond came off as very rude stating "I will not be able to wax you, you are late". So, I responded "I have been here, you can check the camera at the time I entered here". she then went ahead and responded "I was out there at 1651 and you were not there, we do not have cameras to look at that". Honestly she talked to me like I was lying when I wasn't, so if the email was sent at 1651 (which I have the time it was sent) Where were you? because you didn't see me??? things don't add up..... So, at this point I am upset, and I get anxious arguing with people, so I said let me walk out. I left the place and got into my car and called my friends letting them know about this experience by the way they told me they have been late before and this has not happened, their appointments were in the morning. So, the window shouldn't be accomodating for some and not for others, be better and transparent. If you don't know........when this place cancels your appointment, either because you didn't show up or were late they take the $25 deposit you put down. I stayed in the parking lot talking to my friends on the phone and realized there is actually a camera facing the door of this business. I saw staff lock the front door, it almost looked like they were done for the day. I saw them also taking the trash. So my guess is they wanted to get out early on a Friday.

This was my very first Brazilian wax ever! I went to Amanda and she was absolutely amazing. The pretty peach was super clean and smelled great. Amanda was super friendly and she talked to me the entire time. She went over after care and told me everything I needed to know about the wax being this was my first time. She made me feel so comfortable and confident walking out of the studio. I will definitely be going back to her when I am due for my next visit.
