Just Another Face In The Crowd

I've actually been able to find 2 jobs outside of people ready since onboarding and really am not in need of their services now,unless I can find some 1/2 day assignments. When I communicated this with them they were extremely understanding and said they are willing to accommodate my needs. It is nice to have this as a fall back. I worked with them when they were labor ready all the way back in 2006/2007 and they were awesome then. By far the best temp agency I've dealt with aside from CR Fletcher.

Did you that when do all the hiring paperwork (on-boarding) that you are also waving all your rights and protections that the New York State Right Law gives. If I had to talk to anyone that thinks of working for this company at this any of their nationwide locations, I would tell you how sociopathic they are to their laborers. (They are trained to do this). The behind back phone calls the office staff makes to give the best jobs to their favorites or family members or friends. How they will cancel the order you select off the app and give it to someone else (this happened to me once in California and I actually went to the job site and my suspicion was right. The supervisor I had to report to was like what the heck because he liked my work performance. Or how about the fact the office staff can change your 5 star rating from a job down to one star. "Shady" company. Good luck in your job search and stay health and safe.

I have worked with this company as it was at first Labor Ready since 1997 a lot of years a lot of work I have done for them and still up until 1999 I work now called people ready it has helped me along the way thank you Labor Ready / people ready believe me it's not easy work cuz that's why it's called Labor Brenda Lee also the manager of that people ready is a very great person he's a very good he's been there quite a while hats off to him mr.
