The owner and her staff are very very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone they have no customer service skills, leave you standing outside your event because they had another event no one was there ,talk to you any kind of way and forget people pay to use their venue. they’re ready to go off on you to cover their wrong doing. I booked the venue for 6 hours 4 hours later I’m being told to get the hell out it don’t matter if booked for 6 hours shut it down while my guest are still eating that big guy is the worst of all never again will I spent all this money at their venue I don’t recommend you do either .

Owner confirmed event day and time and canceled the event less than a week before because she had an event at another location. Then lied about notification of a new day/time. As a business owner you should know better and operate better than that. Bad business especially when it’s black owned. This is a prime example of why you can’t always show support to everyone.
