Poorly run location. Sign said they ran out of lettuce. Employee told me they didn't prep enough. So prep some more! The fried vegetables were down to the goop at the bottom and they said it would be 10 minutes before a fresh batch was ready. How about planning ahead? And today, both of us have the big D. Don't eat here.

This is one of the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. For starters, last night I went with my husband. He was ordering his meal at 7:50pm ( I was still outside) a Spanish woman attended him where he ordered a half chicken and half steak bowl. The lady was giving everyone before and after him lots of meat to his meal, where with him she did not. My husband is black and I am Hispanic. He questioned her where he then told her the service with him was horrible. I was then a couple of customers behind him and I did notice the portion of meat the lady was giving was a lot more and she wasn't shaking off the spoon for them. I ordered a chicken salad where I was given a lot of meat. One of the employees did apologize to my husband and also gave him a discount. To then top of the meals were wrapped with a clear rapping, the many times we have been there; they don't have leds at all for the meals. The area where they prepare the meals is ALWAYS messy and dirty with food everywhere. When I got home my meal was a mess there was sour cream all over the bag and it also broke out of the bag. I will provide pictures of my order and how it was when I got home. I believe they need to retrain some of the employees if not all. They usually have 7 employees there and only 1 preparing the meals.

To be honest this was the best chipotle experience I’ve ever had. This location is very clean and it was very nice inside. I have to give praise to the workers for being very fast and efficient. The lady making my bowl did it with speed and got it all correct. I got a bowl with white rice, veggies, carnitas, lettuce, corn, sour cream and cheese. (My great combo) The portion size I was given was huge and could feed two people. I also got an Agua Fresca and it was very refreshing and nice. Not to sweet and had a flavorful taste. 10/10 experience
