LUIS SUAREZ (MANAGING PARTNER) PLEASE DO A BETTER JOB IN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Prepare to wait 5 years for a tire patch, I walked in and a gentleman who was very nice said it'll take less than an hour to get done. I walk to publix grab groceries, go to Chipotle to eat, come back an hour and a half later. My car is still in same spot, I asked the kind gentleman what's taking so long, he said it's 3 cars ahead of me..... After setting an hour expectation! At this point I was told it'll take another 3 hours.... Please do not go to this place unless you have all day to wait

This is the slowest most time consuming place on earth. The time spent here for simple tasks is ridiculous. The wait times are unjustified. Waited 2 hours for an alignment. Over 3 hours for an AC recharge. The guys at front are cocky and have a uninterested attitude. Last time I came over for an alignment and complained about the wait time. I got time to a loose stabilization bar link. Wonder if it came loose by it self, considering…. Never going there. Wasting time is their specialty.

Too expensive. Also my car is not working like before. It takes time to start the engine and my car key sometimes doesn't work to unlock the door. The cost was over $1000.00. I just needed to have cold air and asked them to check the AC. They said that I need to change the compressor. It took a few days to get back my car and I missed the doctor's appointment. I sent the message and complain by email but there is no response. They used to be a fair repair shop, but it became such a awful place. The reason why I went there was I couldn't afford to have time, and it is closer than the dealer. I need to start going to the dealer or need to find the reliable store.

I went in for an oil change. I was told I needed new tires so I agreed and received new tires. The following morning, my tire was completely flat. I called the store and was offered no assistance in changing/airing up the tire. When I was able to make it to the store the following day, I had to wait 3 hours for something that was their mistake. They never accepted responsibility. I was never given a reason why the tire was flat. In addition, my carpet is now stained with oil from worker's shoes.
