Moving and needed something done while in town. The AA woman in the front IS SO RUDE! Her attitude is both deplorable and detestable. However, another employee, Mrs. Barbara had such a pleasant demeanor and she was extremely helpful and professional. Kudos to her. Be prepared to be here all day!!!

The service is slow you wait, 30min per person and if someone they no come in they serve there people, 3 people working and only 2 person actually calling customers. They don’t care don’t ever go here slow service. Bad for business the owner need to look at the camera and they don’t care because it’s not there business. As a owner you want to strive and make money they don’t care poor service.

Better than I expected it to be. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The price was very affordable compared to these other third party places. Those places add all kinds extra fees to their product list.

I came to do my registration renewal. I looked on google to find out hours of operations. Google confirmed that this location closes at 5:30pm. I arrived at this location at 5:17pm. When I got inside and tried to get a ticket number there was none. So I asked the customer services agent if she could give me a number, she then asked another agent “ did you took out the tickets” the other agent reply yes. So then, the agent advised me that they were closed. So I told them, how can that be possible when is not 5:30pm. And on the internet the information provided is that you are open until 5:30pm. So the Agent said, okay you will be the last person to assist. The another customer was so nice to give me his number since he did not needed no more, when the number was called, I went and the agent said, remember your the last one. I told her, that I was given that number and that if she could help, the agent did not want to help at ALL and was rude. There were 4 customer service agent and it is very sad to know, that just because they want to go home early, they try to ignore customers and in my case, telling me that the offices is closed. This is unacceptable and if people don’t want to work then, they should give the opportunity to other people that do NEED the JOB, but not provide false information that the place is closed when is not even true.!! Because the websites confirms that they close at 5:30pm. This is horrible customer services and Sad to know people are not grateful with the job opportunity they are being provided with. Not Good.
