Called multiple stores when trying to get a hold of someone to end my service due to moving out of state, was able to end service through the app. 6months later I get a call they’re charging me and have been for the past year. Don’t sign up with them, I was told multiple different things, transferred 5 different areas. They’re money hungry, disorganized and extremely rude.

Ordered there best internet service and was told some one would be out to install it on Saturday. On Friday before the install I got an email stating that my order was canceled so I called and the phone rep was very rude and said he doesn't know how it was canceled. I never canceled my appointment. Now I'm with our internet for another week! This store said they would call me after I went in to talk to them about canceling my appointment with out talking to me and then never called!! Wish I could get a different provider but there the only service in my neighborhood!! Very poor customer service and it takes 30 min to get anyone on the phone!

My WiFi went off and don't know how to hook it up again?
Have you discussed it with them?
They might not have a splitter that you can use. They have them but I'm sure they would like to charge you for the service call on your already installed equipment.
Whenever you have a question about your bill, you should call them & ask about it. If your bill keeps getting higher & it is getting too expensive for your budget, call them & explain your situation. I've found that they are willing to work w/you & are willing to find ways to help lower your monthly costs with specials that may be going on at the time. I've been w/Cox for a great many years and have always found them to be polite, caring & helpful.
They usually take 2-3 days past due before they shut off service, but I would call customer service and let them know.
If the internet service works, I would use Gmail and take Cox out of the equation. That gives you the ability in the future to use any internet service provider. There is a transition effort notifying friends, colleagues, and vendors but then you're independent.
I returned leased items to her it was internet box but I believe you can yes
I was Ble to pick it up there
As long as your cable box is from Cox, yes you can
I believe you can numbers can be ported to a different service
Just take to Cox store and they will replace just remember to reprogram your electronics
I don't think there's a drop of box there, you can either mail it to them, or try going early when they're open..
