The person who came out to get me for my appointment was extremely rude and judgmental. She judged me for not telling my doctor about my symptoms sooner without knowing that my doctor left Banner health so I didn’t have the chance talk to her about it. She was extremely bossy, rude and rough the entire time she took my vitals and even slammed my door shut when the Nurse Practitioner left my door open. The Nurse Practitioner was nice but the other woman really made me feel like I was a burden and like I did something wrong. Definitely not the vibes you want to give your patients when they come in already not feeling well.

Hi Jane, Thank you for your question. Our COVID-19 test does typically take 1-3 days for results and unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a 24 hour turn around.
You can also get an appt through the banner drive thru testing. That is at the fairgrounds and you don't have to get out and mix with other people who may be ill. Call and get the # from the urgent care.
