NEVER coming back to this location. I've always been one to err on the side of a business, because usually it's a safe bet. WOW! How wrong was I? I have never actually felt descriminated against, until today. Here's a quick synopsis: There was another patient that was in line directly in front of me that did not have an appointment today but was taken in immediately. I didn't think much of it until it was my turn to speak with that same assistant, which was less than 5 seconds after the previous patient. I was advised to try a different CVS pharmacy or to go somewhere else, like NextCare, because patients aren't able to make in person appointments/walk-ins like the one that happened not but two feet from me. I was told the only way I could set up an appointment was online and wouldn't be able to be seen until Friday. FRIDAY!!! I was a little bit shocked to say the very least. How did it go from immediately to 48 hours? I am having respiratory issues that I usually come here to be seen for, right around this time of year. On top of it, I am pretty sure that I have a sinus infection as well. Hence the reason for me coming to the Minute Clinic in the first place. I tried to ask another question and what I am dealing with but I was brushed completely off. I am still just a little bit shocked that the situation actually happened. It was truly surreal. All I can say is wow and make sure that this type of incident is brought up, so hopefully it won't happen to anyone else.

Bad minute clinic experience. I checked in 15min before my appointment. I had an appointment for 11:50, and it’s currently 1pm. I asked her about my appointment and she said I wasn’t in the system. And that i would have to wait until she was done with 2 other patients that came after me and then i could be next. So irritated.

Don’t call yourself a walk-in clinic if you’re not accepting walk-ins.

They can treat a yeast infection. Also, there is a pharmacy technician who can guide you with over the counter meds
Yes you can get a TB test and reading. Runs about $75 total. A appointment will keep you from waiting but you can walk in.
According to their website, Minute Clinics do not offer X-rays. Your friend might be better off at an urgent care.
