My experience with Spectrum is horrible, they got greedy. Unreasonable, hidden fees, bad customer service, they promise one thing but you get something way worst. Not sure but I think they hate their customers, and I know for sure they hate their employees. They need to go out of business, they also need to be investigated as a monopoly, because that is exactly what they are. Nothing collapses a company more than greed. When they screw their customer's over any chance they get, that is a sign of a failing business. They want to charge you the customer $20 to install it yourself, they are nickle and diming everyone. I honostly believe we will see them file for bankruptcy in the next 2 or 3 years, at the rate they are going everyone should cancel their services with Spectrum ASAP, to help speed up the process. Their motto is: Keeping you connected It shoud be: Keep on disconnecting

I'm usually very critical of Spectrum because they make it easy to be. Went in store to return equipment not needed, young man that helped us was awesome, didn't try to sell us on anything and even showed us ways to save more money each month. Wish I'd have caught his name but he was great!
