Wonderful imaging center. They have the best cash pay prices I could find. Great hours, easy flexible scheduling and got the results to my doctor very quickly. They were patient with me while I got comfortable for the test and made me feel like I mattered to them and not just another appointment on their schedule to get through.

How do I get copies of an MRI? Do we contact the physician or can we get the images and detailed analysis directly from Midtown?

You can call our number and request a cd of the mri and report directly from us @ (817) 768-5317. As long as there has been enough time for the radiologist to provide a final report - you do not need to go through your doctor. Please let us know if you need additional help!

Does this Facility offer open mri

Ms. Akins, this is a tricky question and I do not want to mislead you. There are "traditional" open MRI machines that were open on the sides. We did have one, but unfortunately due to quality issues - most manufacturers no longer sell or support the oldest types of MRI scanners. We offer the newest OPEN BORE MRI systems at all 3 of our locations. All of our MRI scanners are the highest quality with the largest openings of ANY (new or traditional) MRI systems. Not only are they the largest openings, but they are also the fastest. Most MRI scanners take approximately 35-45 minutes per study, where ours takes 10-13 minutes per study. I am not sure where to find the old traditional Open MRI scanners as most have been deinstalled due to service and quality issues. I hope this answers your questions.

Mr Rodreguez. I apologize if we didn’t meet your expectations. If it seemed like we were not busy, I promise we were. As it turns out, understanding that I cannot say much due to HIPAA regulations, we had some extreme and unexpected issues with a patient just before your appointment. Our goal is to treat each patient as wonderfully as possible. Unfortunately in our efforts to due that, it negatively affects our time frame in the MRI world. That being said, we are sorry you had to wait.
