Mr Rodreguez. I apologize if we didn’t meet your expectations. If it seemed like we were not busy, I promise we were. As it turns out, understanding that I cannot say much due to HIPAA regulations, we had some extreme and unexpected issues with a patient just before your appointment. Our goal is to treat each patient as wonderfully as possible. Unfortunately in our efforts to due that, it negatively affects our time frame in the MRI world. That being said, we are sorry you had to wait.
You definitely want to call their offices if you are having problems when I've use their services I've never had any problems
