My wife and I had a wonderful stay thanks to Blair Johnson. I had spoke with Blair when booking .Told her we come to Newport Beach at least once a year and we have been married 44 years and ask for a few request .Blair said no problem. When we arrived Blair greeted us at the front desk .The staff was wonderful too. Great resort clean rooms and great food .

Really like this hotel. Room was comfortable but not overly pretentious. Main desk service was outstanding while waiting for the room. Rooms on first floor and near the street can be a *little* noisy but not too bad. Food in conference areas and bar is good. Atmosphere on deck near docks is pleasant.

We stayed with a bay view and absolutely loved the resort! The room was clean, spacious and had stunning views. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at A&O restaurant on the premises. The location was truly central to everything, which we loved as well. However, you never need to leave the hotel if you don't want to. The spa on site provided us with great massages and facials, and the pool was a delight! If you need a quick snack, swing by the onsite shop for salads, smoothies and more. It really has all you need and I can't recommend it enough.

This place was incredible, the service is 10/10. I went to share time with my mom. She love it we enjoy the welcoming wine and at the same time the view to the bay and the sunset was beautiful. We enjoy the gym, the jacuzzi and all the amenities. The restaurant was perfect, live music and amazing fresh food. We love it

I too saw small dogs there, in the public area of the hotel. But not in the area if the hotel where the rooms are, best to call and ask.
Unfortunately no. It sits on the waters edge of Newport Harbor (Balboa Bay) and I wouldn't swim in it. If you're looking for the closest public beach - Newport Beach is on the other side and about 2.7 miles away. The resort has rental bikes if you want to take a nice ride, my wife and I do that route all the time. Just avoid the busy streets for your own safety.
You could ask the staff to heat something up for you. They will help you.
There's free in room Keurig machine, that's it.
They charge 30 for self park and 35 for valet.. it's doesn't matter if you park somewhere else they still charge 30 when you check in .. although it's funny how there is like 250$ in hidden fees with this place
