Service, decor, location. Service within all amenities from front desk, pool service, valet and restaurant has been amazing and helped make our week long visit wonderful. The decor is gorgeous and well maintained. Location location location!! Walk to so many spots to eat. Short drives to other locations. You will enjoy your stay! Oh yeah, rooms are spacious. Beds are super comfy!! Slept like a champ. The Roof Top bar is great spot to chill out, have a tasty craft cocktail and take in the views (make sure to make reservation on Thursday - Saturday)

I lived in Newport so I never stayed here. My daughter graduated and the parents rented a cottage for an intimate quiet celebration. It was wonderful to relax while the kids were shuttled to a Duffy Boat ride. Upon return they enjoyed the pool and views from the decks of the cottage. It made for a great time. Sadly I admit I have spent more on birthday parties that were not nearly as enjoyable or reasonably priced.

Well, it’s clean. Yes. It’s clean. We arrived mid day, restaurants were all closed except for the bar which provided snacks. They were “OK” SBA j - but they were snacks. We asked for the front desk to help us select a restaurant and they pressed for the SBA ks at the bar. We went to the bar - unless you’re a meat eater the snacks were of no substance so we asked for help selecting an outside restaurant- guess what - they suggested we stay on campus till the hotel dining opened. Not helpful. We went out and found a fantastic experience in a 6 minute walk at the Blue Water Grill. Look up our review. 9.9 out of 10. Wish our hotel helped us find it. Then later that night I wished to settle in with a cigar and a good drink - no cigar area. This place is not leaning into mindfulness of accommodation. Cigars - not cigarettes, an area, not the entire property- but they provide nothing. Hmmmm.

Stayed 2 nights for work. Convenient location for work and also got a couple jobs down the beach in. It rained while I was there so didn’t really get to check out the pool area and rooftop. Was in room 317 which overlooked the pool. No upgrade with Titanium status but did have options around food credits or bonus points. Also passed on housekeeping services for additional points. Room was clean and well appointed. Internet TV allows you to log into all your services, plenty of storage areas, nice bathroom / large shower, comfortable bed, plenty of plugs/USB charging options, staff was friendly, property and grounds were clean and well maintained. Nice property and stay. Thanks!!
