Chop Chop is the best kosher Chinese/Sushi/Asian restaurant in the world. Matthew Chan runs the establishment superbly, introducing new menu items from time to time. Our personal favorite is the House Special Pad Thai! Since 2020, Matthew has been heroically delivering insulated orders, by van, to kosher diners of many communities in the greater New York metropolitan area, and much farther afield. The word has spread, but Chop Chop has kept up with demand while doing catered events, e.g., in East Brunswick, NJ, and as far as the Hamptons! Unfortunately, as of 9/5/2020, Matthew Chan has posted that he is soon departing from his role running Chop Chop.
