I don’t know why so many amazing reviews. Burgers like in the in-n-out, the same taste. Not bad, but not very delicious. Shakes is good, maybe 4/5. The most important here is a view. It’s a point. But too many people, a big line. And also a trouble with parking. We parked near the entrance of the park Crystal Cove and walked 15 min. And we we were on our way back the car line was on the same place. I can recommend only be of view.

Views are everything! Line to get in to the parking lot but finding a spot did not take too long. Burgers and fries were good. Shakers were delicious!! Lost a star because tattooed kid that works there was a bit rude and didn’t seem to be happy he had to be at work today. Rest of the team made up for it though👍🏽

Very fun place to grab a burger and a shake - and I hear their breakfast is pretty great, too. The outdoor deck/patio seating gives beautiful coastline views. The whole vibe is very laid-back; between the location, the design of the shack, and the classic burger joint fare, eating here kind of becomes a whole experience. At least it did for this Midwestern visitor, maybe not so much for Southern California natives. Bonus - if you're into cars, you can try spotting exotics (by sight and by sound) going past on the Pacific Coast Highway... or sometimes right in the parking lot. It turns out Lamborghini drivers like burgers too!

My first time here. I highly recommend it, especially if you have anyone from out of town visiting. Amazing view/vibe, delicious food, shakes and they even sell Stone brewery beer!

As others have clarified, this is not part of the Shake Shack group.
You have an advantage walking up from the beach, because the parking lot is so small. You will be in front of all the cars waiting to get into the lot to eat.
Yes, there is a stairway up from the visitor center area of the state park. Just FYI, this does not appear to be a Ruby's any more. Still great food though!
Yes, outside table and chairs to eat at if you have a dog with you.
I believe so. It's a walk up area where you order food and all of the seating is outside, so I believe handicapped would be okay. Not sure about bathroom though.
Well yes sit any type of burger you need they got late night burgers are the best 🍔
