Not up to Hyatt standards - PERIOD! The walls are paper thin, you will hear flushing toilets, your neighbor's TV, people talking, etc. I was very disappointed to see $3.50 for one bottled water in my room after being charged almost $400/night to stay there. Even worse, I was told during check-in that my 4 night stay "qualified" for one night of cleaning and that I could pick which night. WHAT?? $400/night and they were acting like I was being done a favor by getting my room cleaned ONCE during the entire stay? Breakfast was mediocre and overpriced. The lobby restaurant is depressing and the lighting is so bright you could light up a parking lot. The service at the restaurant is also bad - slow, you have to ask for refills, etc. The bed was uncomfortable, very firm. The thermostat in the room is a manual dial - hello, 1980 called and they want their thermostat back - Hyatt, really? Too cheap to put in a digital thermostat in these rooms? The staff just seems on auto-pilot with no regard or awareness for guest comfort and satisfaction. Very very disappointing, and I won't be back. Long time Hyatt member here, but never again at this hotel. Very few things went right

Stayed for business trip, greater location closing to the airport and Google Irvine office. The environment is clean, and comfortable overall. But with two issues: 1. The fridge emitting bright blue light directly visible from bed during night, which could cause distraction when try to sleep. 2. I lived in second floor, and the patio window still having trouble repel the noise from the parking lot, which wakes me up once during late night

The facilities are clean enough, but they like to add on several charges upon your arrival. Also, parking prices are over 20 dollars per night, and they raise it regularly. The surrounding area is set in a way so you have to pay for that. The staff are confused and don't know the differences about the facilities and rooms you ask about. A basic cordial smile is not worth 5 stars if you can't do anything else.

Positive: Nicely remodeled. Clean. Great staff. Negative: The room was great. Only issue was the night lights in the bathroom and the light located on the room fridge. Very bright and it took some getting used to.
