Derick (the person that checked us in) at the front desk delivered such great customer service. I know the Marriott prides itself on this - so I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated being greeted by someone that exemplified that level of customer experience.

Beautiful, quiet resort with pleasant staff. This is our second Marriott stay this week, celebrating my birthday. This location is much more pleasant than our San Juan stay in several ways..Our only issue was that the keys don't operate the gates.

Lovely outside area! Close to the airport, the traffic was disruptive to sleep. The king suit has a pull out couch and a Murphy bed. I think it would be difficult to have so many people with how the bathroom is arranged. The bathroom tile was very slippery and the matt they provide was too small to really be that useful.

Rooms are nice, except for the view for this price a view to the parking lot is not so nice. The staff in the front desk at check in where friendly and professional. In the evening we went for a drink at the Hotelbar. But we needed to wait very long for a waiter, so one of us got inside and ordered at the bar. After ordering the waiter came and was upset that we didn’t order with him 😳
