I am more than grateful to have been able to find Allen Flatt Ballidis & Leslie. Thinking I could handle the insurance company from me having previous law firm working experience was a wrong move. The insurance company was trying to screw me over and low ball me. Same old insurance story they try to seem like your friends until the end. Yes absolutely. We do not consider ourselves ivory tower lawyers. We will come to you if you need us. We do like you to come to the office because it validates our impressive staff, team spirit and energy.

Maybe? There is no need for payment plans on a contingency case since you were not paying out of pocket. If we except a hourly business case or trust preparation, we do accept payment plans.
You do not want to feel the pinch of fees or costs out of pocket. You will pay zero up front out-of-pocket for your legal fees or costs. We advance all costs on your case and will be reimbursed from the settlement. Additionally, we work on a contingency, meaning that we are only paid ur fee when we are successful in settling your case to your satisfaction.
We hear you! You want to conclude this chapter of your life promptly and we see to all the details as quickly as possible. We are paid when you are paid so we feel the Financial pinch of cases languishing in the office. It is difficult in a personal injury case to tell you exactly how long the case will take before we have had an opportunity to obtain the records, police report and communicate with the insurance carrier for the other side. However, we strive to have your case resolved within six months after release from treatment for complex cases and two to three months after release for straight forward cases. Once you’re done with treatment, we can immediately prepare a demand and submit it to the defendants insurance carrier.
