Definitely READ Darren Kanenaga and Lindsay Busse's reviews here in Google reviews, they are absolutely 100% CORRECT. The staff try their hardest but they are so understaffed, overworked, and undertrained with no proper supervision or adequate training. They hire anybody with a heartbeat and the turnover has been unbelievably high. They've even had to close down their kitchen because of insufficient staffing and most of their long term employees have left. It is horribly managed and think twice about sending your loved one here, tours are always going to look "nicer" because they prepare for it but ultimately the employee turnover and experience speaks volumes of what kind of environment your loved one will be in. Think twice about living here or working here.

This place is extremely understaffed and changes staff weekly. There are no set standards. They give less than an days notice before medications, toiletries, and other items run out.

Our 97 yr old mother is a new Assisted Living resident at Atria Covell Gardens. We have had an incredibly positive experience from the beginning with all staff from sales to Executive Director to the front desk and kitchen staff. The facility is well maintained and attractive. The food is surprisingly good and well presented. Our mother’s apartment is lovely and she likes it very much. Every staff member we have met is kind, helpful and patient. We are very impressed to date.

My boyfriend's grandmother has been living here for the last 5 years. They are very happy with the staff and help they receive if there's an emergency, but the food in the restaurant is often hit or miss. I worked here for 5 years and left 2.5 years ago, and from back then till now, the care staff have been wonderful. They are always on top of their game and very quick to respond. I'll talk to my boyfriend's family and see if they wouldn't be willing to leave a review.
