Very pathetic pharmacy,I was told that my insurance wasn't paying for my medicine,which was a lie,I haven't had my medicine from this place for over 2 months now,but this week ,8-22-22,I didn't even order the medicine and I received an email saying they were sending me medicine,then today 8-23-22 they sent me another email saying I can't get medicine until 9-12-22,this place is a major JOKE and I wouldn't suggest ever getting anything from these idiots.

My husband is on TPN and we ran out. They worked through the day trying to unravel why and found our order got held up by FedEx. TPN takes hours to blend and Kansas City is 2.5 hours away but they know how much my husband needs it. They made another batch and hired a courier that got it to us only an hour passed his scheduled start. Best. Pharmacy. Ever.

Your insurance has to be in network to receive mail order prescriptions...check with your insurance they would have the numbers and information for setting up an account.

Optum is so cheap that they don't hire enough people to keep up with the calls. Get another company if you are smart.
