Apartment tours always make me super nervous, but Cherrelle was really helpful and made the whole process less scary. She answered all my questions and even questions I didn't think of. It was overall a really great experience.

Was visiting to get leasing information glfir a one bedroom to listen in on a leasing agent tell another agent to raise the raise the rent rate on a person who asked for a later move in date. While the third told another prospective renter that they're application fee is non-refundable after a glitch accidentally erased their original application. The fact they were so open about trying to scam so much money out of people was sickening. I'd also recommend talking to current residents and their experiences and it seems like unnecessary fees and late maintenance is the norm here.
