I am in Whiskey Flats and it is extremely reliable. It all depends on location and your proximity to a tower.
Depends on your definition of reliable. Uptime 99% service though... For the last 5 years my service was stupendous, great latency, decent speeds considering the national average is going way up but their service packages ARE NOT, however about 4 months ago it became UNUSABLE and it took an internet review to persuade them I was serious when I said I had a problem and I wanted someone to fix it. Ever since they number one solution has been pay more and upgrade. I went from paying 70mo to $100 and their latest solution was to go to a business plan and pay almost double for multiple routers and IP addresses and only that would solve my problems... That didn't fly and we're back to the drawing board as it were. Take this answer for what it's worth you've got a good chance of decent internet but god help you if it ever messes up...
I find it very reliable and steady
In 2 years we only had a couple of outages. My problem was the variation in speed we got. Sometimes great others barely faster than dial up. As for customer service I'd give them 8/10. They def are NOT inexpensive though. But we lived in the boonies are were just happy to get better than dsl speeds.
