Drive 40 minutes to clear up something that wasn’t being cleared up by phone. Spent 40ish minutes having the employees act very inconvenienced by having to solve a more challenging problem then selling something. Then offered to sell me prepaid internet without also ensuring by a quick phone call to their internal folks to see if I’d need a technician due to my unit being renovated and not having any cable in sight. So, I would have left with something I couldn’t use. Bottom line: I left, went to a different xfinity location. They fixed my problems with billing and apologized for the chaos as it was an internal issue that was absolutely solvable on site. Left and got internet and phone service through T-Mobile in 15 minutes. No contract less expensive. And my xfinity bill was taken care of by other folks Awful service here.
