I'm not sure, but they do require background checks to live here. I would just be up front with them when applying.

They're occasionally up for sale. A couple weeks ago I saw a sale sign up in the park.

They charged me $200 a week in late october. Trash/water/elec was included. Yes it does count as permanent residence. Only stayed one week then went to mystic lake RV Park
