Use to be a good place back then. Always came to this store when I was still in Elementary. I live down the block from this place. New management has turned this place into one of the most unprofessional and terrible customer service. Apparently they close the store at 5 or even 6 and 7 pm on Saturdays. It was always a perfect walking distance for me in the summer to walk to there. There isn’t even a sign that helps tell customers when they open or close anymore on short notice.

Went to go get photos done for a passport. They ask me to wait for a little bit waited for about 10 mins, a lady finally came and asked if I was there for passport photo, I said yes and she said one moment and left I waited for another 15 mins or so and she never came back, so I just left. Bad service. I wouldn’t even give it any star but I had to in order to write my review.

Website says open til 10pm. I called at 7:56 pm and was told they close at 8pm and they would not wait 5 minutes to get there.
