Does,this hotel allow smoking on balconies

Hi Karen, Our rooms are non-smoking, but guests may smoke on the balconies.

Great place! They didn't say you could not smoke on the outside balcony. Only no smoking in the room.

I believe so since the guy emptying the trash cans was smoking a cigar while he was working.
