My partner and I stayed here and booked through air bnb- so I want to be clear we did not have to coordinate with the resort itself and this is an issue with our host/ booking agency - we stayed in room 1112 on the 11th floor. I am writing this in google because air bnb does not allow you to add photos. The view was nice and the location was great- however the place was very dirty. There were piles of sand on the floors and sand all in our bed. Our comforter also had blood stains all over it and a few bleach patches. Very unsettling and makes me believe the bedding was not washed. They responded the next day only to the blood on the comforter and brought us a new one- but no response to the other issues like sand everywhere. The towels were also all stained, and I had to wash all of the dishes in the cupboards before using them. The bedroom TV had lines across the screen, as the screen was broken and the remote batteries were dead, so we had to request new batteries along with our comforter. They asked if we were okay with someone coming in while we were gone to look at the TV which I was certainly not comfortable with and it can not be fixed but needs to be replaced. Tiles were broken along the island as well. I sent the host photos of all of the issues and the only thing addressed were new batteries and a dingy looking comforter - at least no blood and stains lol. The hotel itself was definitely outdated but this didn’t bother us, just the cleanliness of our actual room. There was also a pest control posting in the elevator when we arrived that they were coming to spray the rooms.. the host said this did not apply to us bevause we were air bnb.. but if there are bugs in some units they are most likely in all or will be soon. We did not see any bed bugs fortunately.. but still not ideal.The only good thing was the location being right on the beach- the pools and hot tubs outside were also nice. I would not recommend this stay.

6'8" if you go up in the garage. They do have a lot for lifted vehicles though.

Hi Tracy, our pool deck has been recently renovated. Units are individually owned, so upgrades may vary by unit, but all units on our front desk rental program must meet a certain standard. We'd love to have you book with us and we will see you soon!

Hi Jet, That is correct, but if you arrive early, you are welcome to come by the front desk so that you can begin using our amenities. There are restrooms in the lobby for changing into swimsuits.

I didn't see any free weights they had machines with cables though

I believe most places rent to 21 and up, so depends on your age. The Palace is a great place to stay.
Hi Renee, We are not currently serving breakfast, but we may be adding that back in the spring or summer! Our sister resort, Landmark Resort, is right next door, and they serve breakfast year round on their lobby level.
