The website provides an application. As well as a send email box that you should fill out and submit as well. However, showing up to the office is a great idea and definitely encouraged if you are seriously ready to rent or solicit with! You can call after 9 am and talk to the office but the best way is to put it in online. The fee has to be paid at the time you submit your application. If your approved they will call you in about 3 days.
It's hard to get into contact with main office your best bet is to go up to the office or fill out online but I would just go to the office.
