This company was absolutely awful. I had to jump through hoops duing the application process and could never get in touch with the same person twice. They do not do their due diligence when making sure properties have been repaired and move in ready. Worst of all, they charge hundreds** of dollars per wall even if you go out of your way to repair walls yourself (from TV mounts etc) claiming that they had to paint that particular wall and itemized it individually as if painting the entire interior is something that isn't done for every move out away! This company definitely doesn't care about you, as you are only a dollar sign to them. The only people that have a face and seem remotely accountable were maintenance, but even then they always played to the idea that everything was out of thier hands and "it is what it is." Save yourself and your money and avoid this company, if you can**

Under new management, my work orders have been fulfilled and I can now comfortably live in my unit due to the much needed repairs being made.
