Venetta Gipson, the property manager was nice. Very informative and told me about some other properties that they had available . I have been looking for a few weeks with no luck and Renters Warehouse and Venetta was able to find me a 3 bed/ 2 bath and was able to move in right away.

Han, we earn a 89.00 per month management fee per property. If you have more than that we would be able to reduce that fee from there.
I don't believe I did at the time, probably not too far under that at the time but I don't think it was quite at 600
Hello Monica. I believe you may be a Renters Warehouse Georgia Corporate Services client, not Renters Warehouse - Atlanta. I do not have any access to your portal. Please submit a customer service request and make sure to select "Georgia Corporate Services" as your office location. Thank you. You can sue. Just make sure you left the home when you rented it. If he have pictures of the home before you rented and after you left and if there is anything damaged or not cleaned court might let him keep the whole deposit or partial of it.
This is hardly a renters warehouse question, but a move in inspection and move out inspections are standard. The inspection for buying a house is much different...
I did a few years ago. The owner has the discretion to accept or reject an application.
