Beacon management has made living at Carverhills a nightmare! On top of the poor customer service , they post papers on your garage to notify you of community events and do not remove it. The dog waste bins aren’t refilled , they don’t have anyone come empty the trash. You have to send 10 emails to get a response. Yet they always have their hand out asking for money. I do not like Beacon and they have made my residence a horrible place to live

The worse management company ever! They do not answer questions that you have regarding anything. They don’t keep up with the communities, they send notices out about things erroneously, and do not do their part in making a community enjoyable for all. Beacon management has made Carverhills a horrible place to live

I want to share the experience that I encountered with Kareem, it seemed that it was some discrepancies on my grandmother’s account at the retreat he took the time to try to find out what was going on.He actually went over to the accounting department and helped normally I would get sent to a voicemail he helped figure out what was going on and even helped rectify my issue. I say that to say this, it’s the small things that goes a long way.
