I was a tenant and rented through Boundless Management for 3 years. Riel was a pleasure the entire time. I never had any issues, and when I needed maintenance they were on it very quickly! The tenant portal was easy to use, to pay rent amongst other things. They are so friendly, and always respond back to your emails. Communication was great! When I moved, I found myself hoping my experience with the next landlord or management would be just as seamless as Boundless was. Everyone should use Boundless Management!!

My experience renting a home through Boundless Management was very positive over my 3.5 years. Maintenance issues were scheduled with a technician within 48 hours. If I ever found myself needing to rent again in the future, they would be the first place I would look to see what properties they had available.

I submitted a rental application over three weeks ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. Not to mention, my account has been disabled and no one ever answers the office contact. I am less that two weeks away from moving and continually spending money that could be for rent on application fees. I attempted to start last month, however no one could hold a home for over a month and looking for immediate move in. Now we are down to the wire and no answer. My main focus in life is stability and the wait is giving me anxiety!
