Great Company! Ms.Kay Og. was awesome as well she communicate with staff very well. She was over the West Highlands Community and she is very professional. The only Con I had with the company was the program they use and the unorganized paperwork. There are leasing tools out here that can help this company manifest a whole lot. If the company/property can find the right tools that best fits their needs and utilize it. It will work wonders for the management team. I worked at several properties and have seen different programs. The programs that is needed for the company/property is Happy Co & Snappt. They use Onesite which is a great program as well but the don’t use it to its full knowledge. I would love to see every company succeed only if they are willing to hear employees out to help them be relieved from a stressful environment. One more other con I had was an employee who was very unprofessional and continued to use foul language and slick racist comments it was mention to HR by numerous people and he still works there surprisingly but hey he gets the job done so I guess to them it’s okay.

Been living in Villages of Eastlake 9 years- the property management and staff with exception of a few staff members ARE HORRIBLE. Nasty attitudes and unhelpful. Recently remodeled unit. Contractors half did their job, they came back and still half finished minor things. Since last Wednesday july 27, I reported a possible leak. Here it is Monday and water is still seeping from the walls. Causing potential mold , more damage and health issues with breathing as I already am on oxygen. Leanne is by far worst than Rose and Natalia. I call the office all day NEVER AN ANSWER. I emailed fpittman@columbia STILL NO RESPONSE. Guessing the water damage not an issue cause I definitely know my health isn’t. I just know Noel rolling his eyes

I stay at Columbia at Capitol View off metro and univ...i had my options between a few apartments but the management and staff are very professional and helpful. They care about developing personal relationships , and the property manager Sumati, is super professional and down to earth. I like it here.

What is your eviction policy?

Columbia Residential | Oct 30, 2019
Columbia Residential | Oct 30, 2019

Columbia Residential’s overall policy is to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing for all residents. Therefore, residents who do not comply with the Lease Provisions and Rules and Regulations will be counseled. There are two common reasons for evicting residents: 1. non-payment of rent, and 2. violation of the Lease Agreement. When an eviction is initiated due to lack of payment, the burden of proof is on the resident. When the eviction is non-compliance with the Lease Provisions, the burden of proof is on management.
