I have been living here for almost three years, and it has been GREAT!! I really like my apartment, from the price, to the size and layout. I haven't had many maintenance request, but when I do, maintenance gets RIGHT on it!! Both Ms. Gilda and Ms. Arletta have been wonderful to work with.

By far the best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. From the time that I put my application in, to the moment I got my keys, it has been a true pleasure working with Ms. Gilda and Ms. Arletta. Both are knowledgeable and very understanding. They treated me like I mattered even before I was an official tenant, so I know that I am in good hands. They are assets to this community and I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Ms. Gilda, the leasing consultant, was truly a pleasure to work with. She really made sure I got the best experience while apartment touring. She was easy to talk to, reassuring, and answered any questions I had for her. Definitely makes the whole process of moving seem smooth.

Why don't they have handicap parking and assigned parking???

Handicapped parking hasn't been addressed to my knowledge, and assigned parking would cost too much. They already are over charged for water. Not to mention if they did start assigned parking they would still have to contract out someone to monitor that. The tenants name would have to be on the lease and registration with current tags and insurance. Then every six months to a year the tenant has to renew that information with the rental office. All of these things take time and cost money. Most folks are living paycheck to paycheck and just don't have it. I do agree with the concept, good idea.
