This apartment's location has been perfect for me as I do not have a car and we are only two blocks away from the bus stop on the main road in the city, N Charles Street. I am able to get to work and to other areas of the city by way of bus routes and the circulator. I also have a dog park for my dog Sunny Day, on Howard Street which is only a block north of my apartment as well. All that being said Mt. Vernon is a beautiful neighborhood to live in and this building is beautiful, too. The maintenance and front desk staff are extremely kind, considerate, and caring. I love our popcorn Fridays! They also just celebrate holidays in the cutest ways: ex. I got chocolate and other candies on Valentines day! Great community overall, highly recommend (:

I love my new apartment at 611 Park Avenue. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Brittany who works at the Front Desk addresses issues right away and I had two small concerns on different days and maintenance came within a hour or so the same day. I want to say that Deon in maintenance is wonderful. I’m loving it here and everything in the building is well kept. The last thing that I love is there is a gym and a rooftop pool.

I love living here, there are amazing views of the city. There’s a gym on the first floor with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, etc. There are multiple laundry rooms with a trash chute, a lobby where I relax and wait for my Uber, and a rooftop pool. There is so much I love about living here I could go on and on, but what really sets this place apart is the staff, if I need something fixed it’s a quick and easy process, and Brittany who is at the front desk knows you by name and they sometimes they pass out snacks and other nice things like waterproof bags which is a nice treat. I think if you move here you’ll be glad you did!

I just moved to Baltimore, and I must say I love this community and management staff. I had a hard time finding a location that met all my needs and 611 Park Avenue made that happen. If you are a student and full-time employee like me, this is your new home. They have renovated community space to do your office work if you want to step away from your apartment for a bit and a gym!!! Not only that, management has been top-notch. I have worked in the customer service business for years, and the management staff has helped me every step of the way. Suppose you need assistance with virtual tours and an explanation of 611, Brittney if your lady. She is very personable and makes sure to cover every point during your virtual tour. There is also a lovely Italian restaurant walking distance and a café that I love to walk to in the morning. Also, the area is relatively safe! I can easily go out for a walk and feel fine. Thank you, 611 staff!!! I am so glad to have moved here, and thank you for making my experience here great.
