Very nice apartment homes with a ton of amenities. Brandi Smith provided outstanding service and provided answers for all of my questions. I definitely recommend this place 100%!

We were double charged for our last months rent and have been trying for 3 months to get our refund. Nice apartments, but don't expect to be treated fairly.

I love living here. Front desk ladies are always helpful and nice. The building is clean. The neighbors are quiet and peaceful. The amenities are great. During Covid-19 stay home order they management did great job by leaving our packages at our doors. Maintenance is great. You send a request online and maximum one hour and someone will show up (weekdays). At weekends if you have a maintenance concern you leave a voice message and someone call immediately to check how urgent it is. Thanks Porter Street Team!

Good for starter apartments - Moving to Baltimore, MD for the first time I chose them because I liked how it wasn't super crowded and the all utilities included was a huge thing for me. I've lived in two of their apartments: 1 bedroom and a studio. Here's what I was unhappy with: -Ship Fog Horn in the morning will wake you up - The place is near the fire department so you will always hear the ambulance multiple times a day - I've had a lot of frustration with Amazon Packages. For whatever reason, it would say delivered and it's nowhere to be found. I've had this happen more than 3 times. When I transferred apartments within the building I would still get notifications for packages being delivered to the new tenant in my old apartment. I've also had where my package was delivered to some other apartment in the building. -The first apartment I had - the fire alarm was right across from the oven. It made it impossible to cook without always having to open the windows and doors so the fire alarm won't go off - The first apartment I had was equipped with a movable island and in the first few days I moved in I put a few books on the bottom shelf and tried to move it. I moved it about 2 inches and it BROKE. Thankfully they didn't charge me for it since I just moved in and NOBODY told me to not move the moveable island. - Parking garage has a fob for entering which makes sense right? But then I have to swipe the fob separately on my way out? That doesn't make sense to me and it was never good for the mornings I had to rush to work and was worried about handling my fob from my keys which was plugged into my car. This was very frustrating Here's what I was happy with: -The staff is usually prompt with things that you need. I never had to wait a super long time to get a response which I appreciated with - I appreciate the energy efficiency of the building - Location near the Harris Teeter was always convenient - Always had parking which was a big plus - The floor to ceiling windows were always nice. My cat liked to be next to them and watch below (pic attached)
