We are loving it at 101 Cross! The property manager is incredibly kind, responsive, and down-to-earth. We hadn't had the chance to see the apartment in-person before we rented (a risk I was worried about!), but everything so far has exceeded expectations. The building is beautiful and intelligently designed (ex. the parking garage has an entrance on each floor so you can park on the same floor as your apartment and not have to take the elevator). We have a studio, but it feels large because there is a HUGE window with Juliet balcony and more closets, storage and cabinets than any other apartment we considered. Modern fixtures and new stainless steel appliances have all worked wonderfully (higher quality than any other apartment I've rented, and this is my 8th move!). The neighborhood is really cute and has a ton of good restaurants, cafes, bakeries, yoga studios, bars...you name it. We are really happy!

I have lived here for over 7 months now. There is a lot to like about the building from amenities to location (295 access and fireworks shows visible from the stadiums on game nights). However: at move in, my apartment was not clean. There is constant noise from the passing trains and drilling on the street. Ongoing electrical issues: washing machine breaker needed replaced, dish washer breaker needed replaced, ceiling fan stopped working and needed electrical repair. When maintenance arrived to repair my washing machine, they discovered that the dryer duct was not connected to anything. For the rent paid here I would not have expected to spend so much time requesting maintenance on basic appliances.

Lexie was an amazing tour guide! I had scheduled other apartment tours that day but none of them were as good as Hanover! This place is so peaceful and so easy to call home, definitely excited to move in!

I arrived to this place just 10 minutes left to closing office on the day I moved in. The staff, Patrick, was in the office and gave me instructions to utilize apartment keys and borrow me what I needed to bring my packages into the unit. …Hello Kwang! Thank you for your feedback.
