Lived here for about 2 years. After the building was taken over by the Arrive company things started to go downhill. There’s is a huge gnat problem throughout the building. The trash rooms are completely overflowed causing the halls to smell. The constant ringing of the fire alarms all throughout the day and night ranging from 11am to 4am in the morning, mostly for false alarms. The security staff at the entrance of the building aren’t securing the building as they should. They constantly have visitors who hang out at the front desk with them, they’re outside taking smoke breaks all hours of the night. People off of the street have been able to get inside the building & make their way onto other floors. As tenants we pay too much money for these things to be happening & for there to be no resolution. We’ve also been told by another tenant that someone was in their apartment without their permission, they felt unsafe & wanted to end their lease immediately. These are just a few of the reasons we did not resign our lease. With all that said I would not live here, I would not waste my time or my money with them. It’s not worth it. There are many other buildings in the area that I’m sure are well worth the money.

Honestly: I moved to 10 Light St in 2020 when Gables owned the property. Those were better times for the community because the staff was personable and welcoming. I just recently moved out of the building for several reasons: my first reason is that the lack of professionalism from the staff members. Beginning with the concierge staff that rarely do their job to screen the people that are coming into the building. There have been several incidents where people off the street have made it to the 22nd floor to play pool with the residents. The assistant property manager, Redisha, speaks to residents in a condescending manner when dealing with your account. I was charged late fees for utilities when in reality when I went to resolve the matter, I was actually owed a credit for next months rent. Once the gnats that occupy the trash rooms and hallways make their way into your unit you have a borderline infestation. There is also that fact the fire alarms go off at random times whether it is 2:00pm or 4:00am. You will have to walk down several flights of stairs to get out and back up to your unit. After I moved out, I was charged fees for “stovetop” cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, bathroom cleaning, shower cleaning. Which are task that should be accomplished anyway before you move anybody else into a unit so my question is, how does one assume those cost? This place was good until Arrive took the building over and after that I watched the quality of staffing and services decrease tremendously. I plan to dispute several of these charges but I would like to commend employees like TJ and Tamia for being accommodating and continuing to provide top notch services like they did prior to the transition of ownership. The assistant property manager however, should choose another field because hospitality is not a specialty of hers. Do with that information what you will.

Definitely one of the best so far. Just moved in few days ago and I enjoy this place a lot. Melissa is very nice and attentive. I had a great tour so I wanted to take the lease right away. It has 24/7 security team with controlled elevator access, so definitely you will feel safe living here. Highlights of amenities: rooftop pool, sky lounge, gym, package locker, coffee machine, bike rack, dog park, business center, and also an extra laundry room besides the washer/dryer in the unit.

The rent varies by floor plan, floor, and length of lease. It is a normal apartment building.
My apartment was unfurnished. I believe they are all unfurnished but it's best to call the leasing office and ask. They have all sorts of different options and apartment layouts, so who knows?!?!
10 Light Street Apartments are 2-blocks away and less than a 5 minute walk to the "Charm'tastic Mile" and Inner Harbor.
No but there is a new parking garage in the building across the street. I believe it's $220 a month.
