Building security is very vulnerable, even though there's camera's and very rarely security officer onsite some nights. But a huge problem for safety is these buildings main entry door electronic lock system been supposedly upgraded/changed about a couple years back but some of our buildings have repeatedly broken locks that dont even lock some time and even when it's fix/working many multiple repeated strangers come and snatch door open by pulling and popping door lock open to enter with their bare natural hands. It been repeatedly brought to office and maintenance attention but problem continues to exist. One of the office workers many month's ago told me that she was trying to get corporate to upgrade lock system but that's many many months ago. And even this building lock today is just hanging off which been like that for months, maintenance and other property employees enter building all time, I figure why keep asking them to fix lock when I ask repeatedly, not being repaired and they know it's broke they enter that door. But our safety could be at risk.

They rental office is useless i see why they 2.5 rated lol…. It’s so simple of your the receptionist answer the phone not pick the phone up and put it back down, then when you call back to back they just sent it to voicemail. Judging of these reviews and how they can’t even answer the phone why are these people even working here smh

This place has become so run down it’s a shame!! These used to be nice, clean, well kept apartments but since new management took over that’s no longer the case. They are nasty, dirty, and unkept!! This is what it looks like on a daily basis. Talk about embarrassing!!

I wish I could give them zero stars , they gave me a temporary pass for the parking lot , I lived here for 2 years and they gave me a temporary one and my car was towed because of it , I would never recommend anyone to live here , the management is poor , and rude , I hate it here , I’m finding somewhere new to move as we speak !
