My mom and I came to an Open House Event here in July, and were able to apply for and got approved instantly for a three bedroom apartment home. We moved into our home on the 12th of August and have been in LOVE ever since! It's beautiful and spacious and exactly where we want to be! I highly recommend anyone looking to stop by the Leasing Office! We were helped by Ms. Green, and she made us feel so comfortable and at home, we had a feeling this would be our final destination, and this was it! We even came back the following day with my aunt so she could apply too! Thank you so much to the management and leasing team, especially Ms. Green and Mrs. Bryant for welcoming us with open arms! We love it here!

roaches of every species here don’t even do it and don’t bother cooking here they will bring their cousins from outta town. maintenance men are creeps they like to just walk in. That was my last straw. i moved in May and terminated my lease a week or 2 later. The leasing office ladies will try to gaslight you when you express your concerns (any’e & dian) . The other one just likes to insert herself in the situation I barely spoke with her (freshiya) . They gaslight so much I just returned my keys under the door and left peacefully. It’s sad get it together but hey if you desperate to chill with roaches and mice be my guest. The complex is so infested the pest control only makes it worse I’m glad I’m out of there I was barely there. Don't be fooled by those fake reviews they write about themselves

There was a time where leases automatically renewed. They do not any longer. Did you submit a proper NTV giving 60 days of notice to the Leasing Office? That would have been step one for not renewing your lease. If you do not renew your lease, a notice to vacate is required as no one can live at The Village at Jones Falls without an active lease.

Too much and it's poorly maintained because my daughter hasn't had a working stove for 5 months and two people just got killed in front of her building plus they charge for water and bge
I think is 7 something its a cool spot but the apts up the street from there are cheaper. Some even have move in specials. U need to go to the rental office to check
